Day 1: Pick up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe.

After your breakfast, you will meet our Kfir Adventures English Speaking guide at 7:00am for briefing about the trip. Drive westwards via Luwero-Nakasongola to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. This is the only place in Uganda where the critically endangered white Rhinos can be sighted. Be briefed by the site ranger guide before you embark on trekking. Undertake a nature walk to meet the Rhinos in their natural habitat, this activity will take 2-3 hours depending on the movement of the Rhinos and you will have an hour of observation and photography with the white rhinos. Have your lunch at the sanctuary, ahead of your transfer to Murchison falls national park.

Embark on the car and proceed with your journey to Murchison falls national park via Kafu and Masindi. Thereafter drive Northwest to the park main entry gate for admission. You will drive through the transition of tropical rain forest, woodland, grassland. In your 4*4 pop-up roof safari car, your safari guide will help you sight-out primates like, the famous Olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, red tailed monkey, vervet monkeys. Aves like; Narina Trogon, African hoopoe, bateleur, long crested eagle, black kites and so on. Continue with your drive to your prebooked lodge with some encounters like Elephants, antelopes, warthogs and many more. Check-in at Pakuba Safari lodge or red chili/Murchison Savanna lodge to relax, have your early dinner and later at 7:00pm catch up with your safari guide, an armed ranger and a spotlight that will aid your night vision. Drive to the north bank in the savannah for a night game drive in search for Nocturnals like the porcupines, aardvark, honey badger, genet cats, serval cat, lions, leopards, spotted hyena to mention but a few combating their prey with your safari car engine off, you will be able to get the rhythms of the nature calling including roars from the lions, whistling from the antelopes, clucks or grunts from hyenas and so on. Just use all your senses. Head back to your lodge for overnight.

Day 2: Morning game drive, Boat Cruise and Top of the falls.

After your morning breakfast, meet your guide at 6:30am and embark on the car. Head out in the same direction for a morning game drive in search for BIG 4 like Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Buffalos. Grazers like Uganda Kobs, oribis, grey duikers, Jackson’s hartebeest, waterbuck, reedbuck, bushbuck. Birds like the martial eagle, steppe eagle, lappet faced vulture, African paradise flycatcher, northern red bishop, the crested crane and so on will be encountered in the due course. With the aid of your safari guide, Different animal behaviors will also be observed. This safari will last for about 3-4 hrs. After the game drive, head back to your lodge for a lunch break until 1:45 PM; descend to the Nile for an afternoon boat launch to the bottom of falls. The Nile plays a key role in inhabiting marine life like, Nile Crocodiles, Hippos, African darter, long tailed cormorants, African fish eagle, pied kingfishers, giant kingfisher etc. Whereas regular visitors like elephants, warthogs, waterbucks, Giraffes, Buffalos will be seen drinking and thermal regulating at the shores of the river. This activity will last for 3 hours sailing back and forth. Meet your guide at dock and embark on the car, Drive to the world’s most powerful waterfalls for a magnificent view of the falls squeezing through a 7-meter narrow gorge before it loses its youthful energy to meet Lake Albert at the delta in the west. Retreat back to your lodge for a refreshment, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking.

Have a morning hot breakfast or head out with packed breakfast, Check out at 6:30am and drive off for Chimpanzee Trekking in Budongo forest. This morning session starts at 8:00am. This remarkable activity takes 2-3 hours depending on the location and the movement of the chimpanzees, during the trekking; you will also be exposed to other primates, plants and shrubs of the vast forest. 1 hour of observation and photography/ videography will be recommended. After your trekking at 11:00am, proceed for community walk at Kasenyi community. You will have the chance to experience how local food is collected from the garden, how it’s prepared, and served. Do not hesitate tasting! Later get entertained with traditional dancers (Runyege dance), and also demonstration of how reformed poachers used to hunt and kill wild animals. These community activities will take a maximum of 2 hours. After Kasenyi, have lunch at Kabalega Resort, and proceed to Jinja through Nakasongola-Luwero-Zirobwe. This journey will take us 4 hours 30 minutes, check in at Nile porch or explore river camp for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Nile Rafting.
Have a morning breakfast at 7am, and head out to the starting point at Nile for white water Rafting. This activity is considered one of the best one-day adventure in the world, no safari to Uganda would be complete without truly experiencing the Nile from its source. This trip down the Nile is safe and accompanied by those who know the river best. The time you spent rafting varies from 2-3 hours for half a day covering 21 KM and 4-5 hours for full day covering 30KM. After Rafting, embark on the car and head back to your hotel for relaxation, Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala.

After morning breakfast, transfer to Kampala via Mukono-Seeta and this journey takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the traffic along the way. During your drive, you will be able to sight primates like black and white colobus monkeys, baboons along the edges of the Mabira forest, one of the largest natural forests in Uganda. Be dropped off at your pre-booked hotel or Entebbe International Airport.
