Day 1: Pick up from Kampala or Entebbe and transfer to Mbale.
On this day, you will meet our English-speaking guide from Kfir Adventures Ltd, embark on your journey of over 5hours to Mbale city through the beautiful Mabira forest, sugarcane and tea estates. Have a stopover in Jinja and undertake a boat cruise to the Source of river Nile, the longest river in the world. This cruise is relaxing and gives you a chance to view many different bird species like the African fish eagle, cormorants, pied king fishers and many more. Enjoy a hot lunch at all friends’ restaurant of Java house. After your lunch, you will embark on your journey and head to Mbale where you will check in at Mbale resort upon arrival. You will spend the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Sipi falls.
After breakfast, check out from your lodge with all your luggage and meet your safari guide at 8:00am and proceed with your 53kilometers journey to Sipi falls. Check in at home of friends, then meet the local guide who will walk you to explore the 3 beautiful Sipi falls. Sipi falls is found on the foothill and at the edge of Mt Elgon. It has a series of three tall waterfalls all plunging along the lower slopes of Mt Elgon in Eastern Uganda. Take a break and have lunch at your lodge, thereafter, head back for a coffee tour, where you will learn how coffee grows up to the last stage of roasting and pounding it.  Sipi area also offers the best scenery for the lower Karamojong plains plus a magnificent view of the sun set. After the coffee tour, return to your lodge for refreshment, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Kidepo valley national park.
After your breakfast, pick up your packed lunch, check out from your lodge with all your luggage and embark on the 428kilometres journey through the Gisu communities at the edges of mount Elgon. Proceed with your drive through Pian-upe National Park with some sightings of ostriches, topis, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, roans and many more. Continue with your drive via Kotido through the Karamojong communities and inselbergs. If you ever thought of being on a real African safari, then Kidepo is the perfect place to be. This national park is Uganda’s most unexplored savannah national park teeming with abundance of wildlife. You will enjoy the true moments of an African savannah.  Upon arrival in the evening, check in at the savannah lodge or Adera lodge for refreshment, dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive and Karamojong Community, Cultural Encounter.
Have your morning breakfast, catch up with your safari guide at 6:30am and proceed for game viewing in the Narus valley, look out for the big four which are present and they include the lions, leopards, elephants and the buffalos. The grassy Narus valley is most reliable for the lions and the leopards, huge herds of buffalos and elephants are found in these savannah areas as well. The Park is set against a backdrop of beautiful Mountains ranges offering the best scenery of a true African gem. Zebras, different antelope species and the cheetahs, Ostriches might be spotted in your morning game drive with the help of your safari guide. You will head back to your lodge for lunch. Later, proceed with a Karamojong community and cultural encounter. You will spend a wonderful afternoon with the Karamojong people as you learn about their cultures and beliefs. At the end of the day, you will return to your lodge to relax and enjoy your evening. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala or Entebbe.
Have your morning breakfast and check out from the lodge with all your luggage at 6:00am, meet your safari guide and embark on the 637kilometers journey to Kampala via Gulu. Drive through Kitgum with a lunch break in Gulu city and thereafter proceed to Kampala or Entebbe via Karuma-Kiryandongo-Luwero and be dropped off at your pre booked hotel.
