Day 1: Pick up from Kampala or Entebbe International Airport and Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park.
Today you will meet our English-speaking safari guide from Kfir Adventures, and he will brief you on this Safari. Set off for your safari from Kampala through Masaka, Mbarara and Kabale with a luncheon, then proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in southwestern Uganda.  Check in at Kiho Gorilla lodge for refreshment, relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking.
– Have breakfast, check out of your lodge, well dressed in your trekking attires, grab your packed lunch and head to the briefing point where you will receive some cultural entertainment from the local community and briefing on the rules and regulations while trekking the gorillas. Thereafter, you will enter the Gorilla tracking zones for your adventure. The beauty of this Rain forest is spectacular! The area offers a forested landscape, and it is incredibly dense but with animal trails allowing access to the gorillas. During the trekking, expect to see other mammals like chimpanzee, blue monkeys, red tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, L’hoest monkeys, forest elephants and many others. This trek can take 3 or more hours depending on the movement of the gorillas. After locating the gorillas, you will be allowed a maximum of 1 hour of photography and observation. This thrill of spending time observing these gentle giants is rewarding. You will graduate by receiving your trekking certificate, that you may later hang in your sitting rooms as a souvenir back home. Meet your guide, embark on the car and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Arrive and check-in at Bunyonyi overlanders and relax ahead of your evening boat cruise.

– At Lake Bunyonyi, you will enjoy an afternoon boat cruise to explore the different islands of Lake Bunyonyi as you spot different bird species, otters, and islands. The boat tour will take you to the punishment island, where Bakiga girls who became pregnant before marriage were taken and abandoned to die there from starvation. Other islands of Lake Bunyonyi include, the upside island, Akampene, Bushara, byona amagara among others. This boat cruise is so relaxing. You can take a swim in this deepest lake in Uganda since the water is free from Bilharzia. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi over land cottages or Lake Bunyonyi rock resort.

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala.
After your breakfast, embark on a 405kilometres journey to Kampala via Mbarara-Masaka with a brief stopover at Kayabwe Equator point for a photo moment on the equator line. Proceed with your journey via Mpigi to Kampala or Entebbe at your pre-booked hotel or Entebbe International Airport. End of your trip.
