Day 1: Olivia’s Birthday
– This very day you will meet the guide to brief you on the next day’s program

Day 2: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
– Luncheon
– Check in at Advark, Bush lodge or similar
– Evening Game drive in the open plains of Kasenyi, the eastern part of the park, this will be a short drive, Queen Elizabeth is one of the Uganda’s most popular tourist destination given her rich biodiversity. Mammals like Uganda Kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, Hippos, lions, leopards, Hyenas, Buffalo, highlights the significance of the park to the eco system.

Day 3: Game Drive
– Wake up at 6am, have a hot break fast
– Embark on your car and head out to the eastern part of the park for a morning game drive, through the open plains to the Crater Lake for Flamingos. During this adventure, the big four like lion, leopard, elephant and buffalo will be sighted giving an overview of the rich biodiversity in the park.
– Lunch break
– Relaxation
– Dinner
– Overnight

Day 4: Transfer to Kalinzu Forest
– Have an early breakfast at 6am and embark on the car.
– Take on a drive through tea plantations to Kalinzu forest for chimpanzee trekking. This activity takes 2-3 hours depending on their movements.1 hour of observation and photography will be given to you after encountering them. This moment gives you the possibility of learning their social behaviors in natural habitat.
– Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Forest
– Luncheon
– Check in at Gorillas Friends.
– Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking
– You will have your early morning breakfast.
– Embark on the car and be driven to the briefing centre for Gorilla Trekking at 8am. You will trek through a huge and typical rain forest as you search for Mountain Gorillas with the aid of experienced ranger guide. The Trek will take you 2-3 hours or more depending on the Movement of these giant Apes. Packed lunch is recommended.
– After this spectacular Gorilla experience, you will head back to your lodge.
– Dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
– You will have your morning breakfast.
– Check in at Bunyonyi overland, Crater Bay or similar.
– Lunch break.
– Canoeing to the punishment island where Bakiga girls who became pregnant before marriage would be taken and left to die in isolation.
– Dinner and oversight.

Day 7: Lake Bunyonyi
– Breakfast at your respective lodge.
– You will conduct a community walk with the help of the site guide.in the due cause, birds like common stonechat, singing cisticola, variable sunbird, augur buzzard will be sighted and that’s why the lake is called Bunyonyi….. Meaning “Birds”.

Day 8: Transfer to Lake Mburo
– Luncheon.
– Check in at UWA cottages.
– We shall conduct a short game drive, in search for Zebras, topis, elands, giraffes, impala’s among others. Birds like crested barbet, red weaver, bearded woodpecker, bare faced go-away bird will be sighted.
– Head back to your respective place of accommodation, refresh yourself, Have dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Lake Mburo National Park
– Have breakfast
– Moring game drive, notable animals to see will include Zebras, topis, elands, giraffes, impala’s among others. Birds like crested barbet, red weaver, bearded woodpecker, bare faced go-away bird will be sighted.
– Head back to the lodge, have your lunch.
– Relaxation
– Have an early dinner/packed dinner (optional), head out for a night safari in quest for nocturnal like leopards, hyenas, honey Badgers, mongoose and many more.
– Retreat back to the lodge for an overnight.

Day 10: Lake Mburo
– Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast.
– Drive out for a guided nature walk by armed ranger in the iconic open plains of the park, walk through nature surrounded by phenomenon
mammals like Zebras, waterbucks, Impala’s, birds like Papyrus Gonolek, the Kingfishers, viewing them at a close range.
– Lunch break
– Short evening drive, this will be a thrilling experience summing up the entire excursion to see Zebras, topis, leopard, elephant and buffalo, elands, giraffes, impala’s among others. Birds like crested barbet, red weaver, bearded woodpecker, and other.
– Retreat back to the lodge before its dark.
– Dinner and overnight

Day 11: Transfer to Kampala.
– Have morning breakfast.
– You will drive to Kampala and be dropped off at your prebooked hotel.
