Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi.
Today you will meet our safari guide from Kfir Adventures and he will brief you on this Safari. Set off for your safari from Kampala through Masaka, Mbarara and Kabale then Bwindi NP park in south western Uganda.  Dinner and overnight at Buhoma lodge, Bakiga lodge or ichumbi lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Bwindi National Park.
– Have breakfast and head to the briefing point where you will receive some briefing on the rules and regulations while trekking the gorillas. Thereafter, you will enter the Gorilla tracking zones for your adventure. The beauty of this Rain forest is spectacular! The area offers a forested landscape and it is incredibly dense but with animal trails allowing access to tourists. This trek can take 2-8 hours depending on their movements. After locating the gorillas, you will be allowed a maximum of 1 hour of photography and observation. This thrill of spending time observing these gentle giants is unforgettable. Return to the lodge for some refreshment and after head to Lake Bunyonyi.

– At Lake Bunyonyi, you will enjoy an afternoon boat cruise to explore the different islands of Lake Bunyonyi as you spot different bird species. The boat tour will take you to the punishment island where Bakiga girls who became pregnant before marriage were taken and abandoned to die there. Other islands of Lake Bunyonyi include, the upside island, Akampene, Bushara, byona amagara among others. This boat cruise is so relaxing. Dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi over land cottages or Lake Bunyonyi rock resort.

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala.
After your breakfast you will then be transferred back to Kampala to your final destination with an en-route stop at the equator line for lunch and photography.
